FAMILY IMMIGRATION
At The Law Offices of Tony Y. Kim, P.C., we also understand the
importance of family reunification. To this end, we assist U.S.
citizens and permanent residents in sponsoring their loved ones
to the United States. Our family immigration services include:
Immediate Relatives
- Spouses of U.S. Citizens
- Unmarried individuals under
the age of 21 who have at least one U.S. citizen
parent
- Parents of U.S. citizens, if the U.S. citizen
child is over the age of 21

- Family First Preference: Unmarried individuals,
any age, who have at least
one U.S. citizen parent
